Job Description

Job Summary: The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers for the company’s products or services. This role involves researching market trends, reaching out to prospects, and nurturing leads to support the sales team in achieving their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and understand market trends.
  • Prospecting: Use various tools and strategies to find and reach out to potential customers through email, phone, and social media.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess the suitability of leads based on predefined criteria and qualify them for further engagement by the sales team.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing lead generation campaigns, tracking their effectiveness, and optimizing them for better results.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, including metrics such as the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation or a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
