Wedding Management Company Commitment Central raises $11 million from Foxhog

Commitment Central, a prominent wedding management company, has raised $11 million from Foxhog, strengthening its position to compete with major Indian rivals such as Jeevansathi and Shaadi.com

The company’s acquisition was initially announced in July 2024, but with pending approvals from Indian Govt. Foxhog has opted to acquire only 43% stake in Commitment Central.

Vibha Ahuja, CEO of Commitment Central, stated, “Under the leadership of Foxhog, we will be able to thrive in the industry.”
